Oxford Technology VCT has invested a further #66,666 in Scancell Ltd together
with other investors as part of a rights issue. The investment was made all for
ordinary shares and brings Oxford Technology VCT's total shareholding in the
company to about 15%.

Scancell Ltd has been developing a number of technologies, including a
proprietary fetal cell isolation technology, potentially allowing the diagnosis
of conditions such as Down's Syndrome from a maternal blood sample and also a
suite of monoclonal antibody cancer therapies.
