Oxford Technology 3 VCT has invested #108,000 in Coraltech Ltd. The investment
was for 2,700 ordinary shares and Oxford Technology 3 VCT now owns 10.59% of
Coraltech. Coraltech is also an investee company of both Oxford technology VCT
and Oxford Technology 2 VCT. The three VCTs own 38.05% of Coraltech between
them.

Coraltech Ltd has developed a novel, patent protected process for producing
moulded plastic components in which part of the component is solid and part is
foamed. This allows the production of a plastic component with both thick and
thin parts using less plastic than conventional methods resulting in a cheap,
lightweight yet strong product. The product can be manufactured with a short
cycle time and a good surface finish.
