Oxford Technology VCT has invested #65,000 in STL Management Ltd, temporarily in
the form of a loan, but to be converted to ordinary shares at a later date and
at a price to be determined by an incoming, external investor. This brings
Oxford Technology VCT's total investment in STL Management Ltd to #162,809.
Currently, Oxford Technology VCT holds 39.1% of the equity, although it is
anticipated that this will change as the loans are converted and as external
investment is received.

STL Management Ltd, trading as Select Technology, designs, manufactures by
subcontract, and assembles specialist photocopiers for the library and public
access markets. The majority of Select Technology's sales are accounted for by
its 'Bookmaster' range, used exclusively in libraries. These copiers incorporate
a patented, sloping front which protects the book spine from damage. The
remaining sales are accounted for by the 'Easi Copy' range, intended for general
public use in post offices and supermarkets. These have a coin or credit card
operating system, and are extremely easy to use. This is achieved by using
Select Technology's keyboard, which suppresses most of the complex functions on
conventional photocopiers and provides a very simple operating interface,
suitable for use by the general public.

Select has recently been appointed as European distributor for XCP Inc., the
leading U.S. manufacturer of office equipment control systems.
