                            Directors' Shareholding


Following their participation in the placing which was announced by the Company
on 30 July 2007 and became unconditional on 23 August 2007, the following
Directors of the Company have increased their respective holdings in the
ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") as detailed below. All of
the Ordinary Shares were subscribed for as part of the placing at the placing
price of 3 pence.
