Limited ("USSL") that, as at 20 January 2007, USSL was interested in 5,200,000
ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") representing 3.12 per cent. of
the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.


The above interest is registered under the name of Chase Nominees Ltd (USS).
