UK Incorporated Companies under DTR 3.1.4 where a director/PDMR has pledged 
shares as security. 
Notwithstanding the legal position relating to non-UK Incorporated Companies, 
Irish Life & Permanent plc makes the following disclosure: 
The Company has been notified by Denis Casey, Director, that he has 35,000 Irish 
Life & Permanent ordinary shares pledged as security against personal loans with
