Director/PDMR/PCA Transaction - Initial Notification
The Company announces that Chris Hill a director/person
discharging managerial responsibility in the Company has exercised
an option under the 2015 Long Term Incentive Plan to acquire 19,680
ordinary shares of 4p each ("Ordinary Shares"). Mr Hill then
immediately disposed of 17,346 ordinary shares in the Company in
order to meet the cost of the share options and taxation arising on
their exercise. The exercise and the disposal took place on 6 March
2019. Following these transactions, the beneficial holding of Mr
Hill (including his connected persons) is 22,753 ordinary shares
representing 0.005% of the ordinary shares in issue.
