                     Firestone Diamonds plc ("the Company")



Firestone Diamonds PLC ("the Company") announces that pursuant to the exercise
of options, it has allotted 210,000 Ordinary Shares of 20p each in the Company.
These shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary
Shares in the Company.  Application has been made to The London Stock Exchange
for these shares to be quoted on AIM and it is expected that dealings will
commence on 24 December 2004.
