Firestone Diamonds plc (the "Company")
Revised Notification of Major Interests
The Company announces that it has received a revised
notification in relation to the TR-1 announcement released by the
Company on 14(th) February 2011.
The revised notification states that Kings Chapel International
Limited and its subsidiary, Audley Capital Management Limited, is
interested in a total of 27,670,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence
each, representing 8.6 per cent of the issued share capital of the
Company.
