Firestone Diamonds plc ("the Company") announces that pursuant to the exercise
of options by employees under the company's employee share option scheme,
application has been made by the Company for a further 33,544 Ordinary Shares of
20p each in the Company to be admitted to trading in the Alternative Investment
Market.



These shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary
Shares in the Company.  It is expected that dealings in these new ordinary
shares will commence on Tuesday 3 July 2007.
