Firestone Diamonds plc ("the Company") announces that it has allotted 250,000
Ordinary Shares of 20p each in the Company as consideration for the provision of
services to the Company, and that it has also allotted 45,000 Ordinary Shares of
20p each in the Company pursuant to the exercise of options.



These shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary
Shares in the Company.  Application has been made to The London Stock Exchange
for these shares to be quoted on AIM and it is expected that dealings will
commence on 29 December 2005.
