Due to a delay in posting the required notice of meeting,
the  Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for 31  May,
2000  at 11.00 am has been rescheduled.  The meeting will
now be held on 15 June 2000 at 11.00am.  A revised notice
of meeting is being posted to shareholders today.
