announcement released today at 16.33 under RNS No 5653E.

Paragraph one and two, referring to the options that were granted to Directors,
were disclosed in error and should be disregarded.

At a Board meeting held on 26 January 2000, a total of 101,000 options to
purchase Ordinary Shares of 20p each in the Company were granted to employees
of the Company, exercisable at a price of #0.445 per share, representing the
mid market closing price of the shares on the date of grant.
