OF FOUNDER YAIR DORI FROM EXECUTIVE ROLE

Mr. Yair Dori will continue advising DMG
as a consultant, as a non-executive Board Director
                            and as the Vice Chairman

Dori Media Group ("DMG" or "Dori Media" or the "Company"), the international
media company active in the field of television, with a focus on production,
distribution, broadcasting and merchandising of Telenovela, today announced that
its Founder and Executive Vice Chairman Mr. Yair Dori will retire from DMG as a
full-time employee and executive with immediate effect. The terms of his
retirement are subject to shareholder approval at the next Extraordinary General
Meeting. Mr. Dori, a committed shareholder of Dori Media Group, will continue to
advise the Company as a non-executive Director on DMG's Board and as the
Company's Vice Chairman. He will also provide consultancy services to Dori Media
Group for the next two years.

Mr. Yair Dori, who is 61 years old, founded the Company in 1996 and served until
now as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Director in charge
of External Affairs of DMG. Mr. Yair Dori played a major role in the Company's
introduction of South American culture in Israel homes. By using his reputation
and exclusive relationships with the biggest studios in Latin America
(especially in Argentina) and Spain in the late 80's, Mr. Dori started importing
television content from Latin American countries including TV series, various
shows, music and sports events. Mr. Dori holds a BA in Philosophy from the
University of Tel-Aviv. Mr. Dori will be taking part with DMG in MIPTV in Cannes
this month.

"I have enjoyed the fulfillment of creating a media group that has successfully
introduced Latin America's most popular TV genre and series to Israel and the
rest of the World. Over the last 12 years, Dori Media Group has grown to become
a leading and global Telenovela company with a solid management team in place.
After thoughtful consideration, I have therefore elected to retire from my day
to day commitments with DMG and will continue to advise the Company in my new
functions as a consultant and a non-Executive Director" said Mr. Dori.

Mr. Nadav Palti, CEO & President of DMG, commented: "We are most grateful for
Yair Dori's dedication, support and outstanding contribution to Dori Media and
the industry as a whole. It has been a privilege to work with him. He is an
ambassador of the Argentinean culture in Israel and through his passion for
Telenovela, he has allowed our company to build a strong business generating
fast growing revenues. We wish him all the best in his retirement and look
forward to benefitting from his advice as the Company's Vice Chairman as we
continue with our ambitious plans for Dori Media's future."
