                NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Dori Media Group ("Dori Media" or "DMG"), the international media company active
in the field of television, with a focus on production, distribution,
broadcasting and merchandising of Telenovela, announces that an Annual General
Meeting of the Shareholders (the "Annual General Meeting") of Dori Media Group
will be held on Monday, April 14, 2008 at 09:30 AM (Israel time), at the
registered offices of the Company, located at 2 Raul Wallenberg Street,
Tel-Aviv, Israel.

Copies of the full notice of the Annual General Meeting have been posted to
shareholders and are available at the above registered office.
