                              DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS

Dori Media Group ("DMG" or "the Company"), the international media company
active in the field of television, with a focus on production, distribution,
broadcasting and merchandising of Telenovela, announces that an application has
been made for the admission of 15,000 new ordinary shares of NIS 0.10 each in
the Company ('New Ordinary Shares') following the exercise of options by Mr.
Yosef Fox, Non-Executive Director. Mr. Fox has today agreed to sell the New
Ordinary Shares to Mapal Communications Ltd ("Mapal") at a price of 157.5 pence
each.

Because of their interest in Mapal, Ms. Tamar Mozes Borovitzand Mr. Nadav Palti
now have an indirect interest of 4,850,284 and 1,697,600 ordinary shares
respectively, or 21.09% and 7.38% of DMG's issued share capital respectively.

Mr. Fox's indirect holding will remain at 426,427 or 1.85% of DMG's issued share
capital.

The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary shares of the Company. The Admission of the New Ordinary Shares is
expected to take place on 3 January 2008.

Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares Dori Media's issued capital will
comprise of 23,000,727 ordinary shares of par value 0.1 NIS each. All of these
ordinary shares carry equal voting rights.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or change to their interest in, Dori Media Group Ltd. under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
