                              DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS

Dori Media Group ("DMG" or "the Company"), the international media company
active in the field of television, with a focus on production, distribution,
broadcasting and merchandising of Telenovela, has been informed that Mapal
Communications Ltd. ("Mapal") and Miella Venture Partners Inc. ("Miella") have
each acquired 75,000 ordinary shares of DMG (a total of 150,000 ordinary shares)
from Mr. Yair Dori, Vice Chairman and founder of DMG, and 28,125 ordinary DMG
shares each (a total of 56,250 ordinary shares) from Zvi Hauser, a member of the
Board of Directors, at 165 pence per share.

This current dealing takes Mapal's direct and indirect holding in DMG to
8,230,484 ordinary shares, or 35.83% of the issued share capital. Mapal's direct
holding in the Company amounts to 586,750 shares or 2.55% of capital. Miella's
direct holding in DMG is now 4,364,428 ordinary shares, or 19% of share capital.
Yair Dori's direct holding is 3,095,000 ordinary shares, or 13.47% of the issued
share capital and Zvi Hauser's direct holding is 56,250 ordinary shares or 0.25%
of the issued share capital.

Because of their interest in Mapal, Ms. Tamar Mozes Borovitz, Mr. Nadav Palti
and Mr. Michele Arazi now have an indirect interest of 4,841,461, 1,694,511 and
4,364,428 ordinary shares respectively, or 21.08%, 7.38% and 19% of DMG's issued
share capital respectively.
