RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Dori Media Group Ltd. (the "Company"), the international media company active in
the production, distribution, broadcasting and merchandising of Telenovela, held
an annual general meeting of shareholders (the "AGM") today at the registered
offices of the Company, located at 2 Raul Wallenberg Street, Tel-Aviv, Israel.

The AGM passed all proposed resolutions, including: the elections of the Board
of Directors who will serve until the next AGM; various changes to the Company's
articles of association; amendments to the Shareholders Agreement; and an
increase in the authorised share capital of the Company.
