DORI MEDIA GROUP'S REBELDE SERIES LAUNCHED ON US
                      HISPANIC CHANNEL UNIVISION

Tel Aviv, April 6, 2005. Nadav Palti, President and CEO of Dori Media Group
Ltd., the Israeli-based international media company active in the production,
distribution, broadcasting and merchandising of Telenovela, announced that the
first series of the Telenovela 'Rebelde' has started being aired in the US for
the first time. Univision, the leading Spanish language TV network in the US
reaching 98% of all US Hispanic television households, started broadcasting
'Rebelde' on 21 March 2005 every weekday between 3 pm and 4 pm.

According to the US Census Bureau, the US Hispanic population is the fastest
growing community in the US. It is estimated that by 2010, US Hispanics will
spend US$1 trillion a year on goods and services, an increase from US$600
billion a year on goods and services today. According to latest audience ratings
figures from Nielsen, an average 10.1% of total US Hispanic households watched
'Rebelde' every day between 21 and 25 March, double the audience that watched
the competing channel Telemundo at the same time slot.

Nadav Palti, President and CEO of Dori Media Group commented: "We are delighted
with the initial strong ratings for Rebelde, the US Hispanic market represents a
very significant opportunity for our Telenovela series and for our company. Dori
Media Group owns with its partners the TV Ancillary business rights for
'Rebelde' and its broadcasting on Univision will generate considerable
merchandising revenues for the Group".

'Rebelde' is a Mexican adaptation of Dori Media Group's Argentinian 'Rebelde
Way' which has proven very popular with young audiences, receiving among the
highest ratings in Mexico on TV network Televisa. According to audience ratings
from Ibope in February 2005, an average 22.8% of total Mexican households
watched 'Rebelde' between 7 pm and 8 pm every day. This represents a 38.4% share
of Mexican households watching TV at that time.

'Rebelde', which translates to "the rebels" is the story of four high school
teenagers, studying in a prestigious school of arts and trying to find their own
way and values in the bewildering world of teenage life. Although from totally
different backgrounds, they are united by their love of music. It is a fast
paced story touching on all the issues of growing up, love, friendships, and
everything in between.
