CONCURRENT TECHNOLOGIES PLC

Concurrent Technologies Plc ("Concurrent Technologies") announces that it has
today purchased 694 A Non-Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares in
Concurrent Technologies and 556 B Non-Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares
in Concurrent Technologies all at a price of #1.00 per share.  Following the
recent Tender Offers, these shares were the last of those classes in issue,
accordingly the quotations for the shares are now cancelled.  

In connection with the recent Placing and Open Offer and Conversion of
Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares, it is confirmed that 19,391,455
Ordinary Shares were issued by way of the Placing and Open Offer and 2,634,920
Ordinary Shares were issued by way of Conversion.  Accordingly, Concurrent
Technologies now has 70,505,012 Ordinary Shares in issue.
