Israel Orders Ships From ThyssenKrupp

BERLIN--ThyssenKrupp AG has entered an agreement with Israel for
the delivery of four suface warships, the German engineering group
said Monday.
The order volume for the Blohm+Voss MEKO Patrol Corvettes is 430
million euros ($xxx million). ThyssenKrupps' Marine Systems unit
plans to team up with German Naval Yards for the construction of
the vessels, expected to take place in Kiel, a town in the north of
the country.
