Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

Effective May 31st, 2008, Art Honanyan resigned as Chief Financial Officer of Sunrise Real Estate Group, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Art Honanyan is leaving to pursue other opportunities.

“Art is a very experienced and capable CFO and has been a valuable member to our management team,” said Sunrise’s President and Chief Executive Officer Lin Chi Jung. “We appreciate the contributions he has made to our company and wish him well in his new opportunities.”
