DEPARTURE OF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND DIRECTOR; APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

On May 27, 2023, Christopher “Randy” Barker tendered his resignation as President, Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Selectis Health, Inc. (the “Company”), effective May 31, 2023. Mr. Barker informed the Company that his resignations were due to health issues.

The Company has made no decision about appointing a successor to Mr. Barker.
