Kelyniam Global, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: KLYG) announces today that the company has entered into negotiations to acquire PerioSeal, Inc., a company based in Little Rock, Arkansas.

The Negotiations are to acquire PerioSeal as a wholly owned subsidiary, in which Dr. Don Callan will be the President of that Division, and will manage the operations of that division as he sees fit. Dr. Callan will also be appointed a seat on the Board of Directors of Kelyniam if the acquisition is finalized. Dr. Callan is the inventor of PerioSeal's unique products, and holds the patents for these products over the course of the next 11 years.

The acquisition will allow PerioSeal to utilize Kelyniam's management, led by Mr. Joseph Delligatti, ex Director of Marketing and Sales for Stryker Corporation, a 6.3+ billion dollar medical company, to assist in the sales growth of PerioSeal's product lines. Kelyniam's Engineering Division will also be looking into the production and manufacturing of the equipment needed for PerioSeal's custom Dental Implants.

Mr. James Ketner, Kelyniam's founder, added, "The primary reason for the acquisition of PerioSeal by Kelyniam is to add shareholder value.
