that it has developed integration with DealerTrack Canada, a leading credit
application and finance portal for dealers and lenders. Quorum's DMS,
XSellerator(TM) features real-time push integration into DealerTrack's network,
supplying purchaser, vehicle and deal information to their system.

applications and receive instantaneous credit decisions from its network of
lenders. We strongly believe in developing third-party integration for our
customers to increase efficiency and accuracy by reducing keystrokes and
