"Bonterra") is pleased to announce the appointment of Anik Gendron to the position of Corporate
Secretary.
Ms. Gendron holds a Bachelor of Science, in Economics and a
Bachelor of Law, both from the University of
Montreal and is a member of the Quebec Bar. She has held
various positions as in-house counsel for several small &
mid-sized businesses, namely publicly traded companies in the
mining and technology sector.
