& Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: WH) announced today its Board of
Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per share on its common stock, payable
September 29, 2021 to shareholders of
record as of September 15,
2021. The cash dividend represents a 50% increase from the
$0.16 per share quarterly dividend
paid during the first and second quarters of 2021.
