Weingarten Realty Investors Appoints Vice President/Director of Property Management HOUSTON, May 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Weingarten Realty Investors has announced that the Company has appointed Bill Goeke as Vice President/Director of Property Management. In his role, he will be responsible for all property management functions, including security and marketing. Prior to joining WRI, Mr. Goeke served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Services for PM Realty Group, L.P. He previously held the positions within PM Realty of Director - Central Division and Regional Vice President, and he served as Regional Manager for Capital Realty Services, Inc., a subsidiary of PM Realty. Mr. Goeke is a graduate of Sam Houston State University where be obtained a BBA degree in Finance. He is accredited as a Certified Property Manager (CPM), is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Candidate. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Building Owners and Managers Association, the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Houston Board of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the CCIM Institute.
