Weingarten Realty (NYSE:WRI) announced today the grand opening
of Phase III at Jess Ranch Marketplace, a 194,633 square-foot
addition to the premier regional shopping center located a few
minutes southwest of downtown Apple Valley. Weingarten is hosting a
grand opening offering entertainment, activities, prizes and fun
for all ages in celebration of the center�s expansion on Saturday,
May 2 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Strategically located east of IH-15 at the crossroads of Jess
Ranch and Bear Valley Roads, Jess Ranch Marketplaces sits next to a
strong performing Target store. To honor the grand opening of the
center�s Phase III expansion, Jess Ranch Marketplace will give the
first 1,000 customers a free gift starting at 11:00 a.m. at the
tent in the PetSmart parking lot. They are also holding a drawing
for a $1,000 shopping spree in front of the Cinemark Theater at
2:30 p.m. and

A special treat for Jess Ranch Marketplace visitors is the
center�s brand new 12-screen Cinemark Theater. A state-of-the-art
facility, the theater has stadium seating and 3-D capability and
sound. Opening on Friday, May 1st, Cinemark in Jess Ranch will give
away free movie tickets, posters, tote bags through Saturday, May
16th.
In addition, Cinemark will host Kids� Day from 12 noon to 2 p.m.

on Saturday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. One lucky shopper will be picked
each hour of the event. The three winners will get 30 seconds to
run through the aisles of the grabbing as many free pairs of shoes
as possible.
