Weingarten Realty (NYSE:WRI) announced today the grand opening of Phase III at Jess Ranch Marketplace, a 194,633 square-foot addition to the premier regional shopping center located a few minutes southwest of downtown Apple Valley. To honor the grand opening of the center�s Phase III expansion, Jess Ranch Marketplace will give the first 1,000 customers a free gift starting at 11:00 a.m. at the tent in the PetSmart parking lot.
