GVC Holdings PLC's (GVC.LN) joint venture with MGM Resorts International (MGM), Roar Digital, has entered into a multi-year sports-betting partnership with Verizon Communications Inc.'s (VZ) Yahoo Sports, the companies said Tuesday.

Under the agreement, the JV owned by U.K. betting company GVC and U.S. casino giant MGM Resorts will power sports betting for Yahoo Sports and create collaborative content experiences and live events, the company said.

An integration of Yahoo's fantasy-sports operations and content with Roar Digital's sports betting and platform will launch in the Yahoo Sports app in November in the U.S., the companies said.
