Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Represents restricted stock units granted to the reporting person. The shares subject to this award vest in full on the earlier of (i) the first anniversary of the date of grant and (ii) the date of the Issuer's next annual meeting of stockholders, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service through such date.
(2)	OTEE 2020 ApS ("OTEE") holds the reported securities directly. David Helgason, a director of the Issuer, and Joachim Christoph Ante are directly and indirectly the sole members of OTEE and have equal voting and dispositive power over the Issuer's shares held by OTEE. Mr. Helgason disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares held by OTEE except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
