Dear Sirs,
I am writing to you in my capacity as Head of Market Relations of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (“TGS” or the “Company”), in order to report that for the period from January 1, 2020 through March 31, 2020 the Company acquired Class 2 Notes issued in 2018 (the “Notes”) –maturing in 2025- under the Global Program for the Issue of Short and Medium Term Notes (Non-Convertible into TGS Shares). The acquisition of the Notes was made for US$ 17,584,000 of their face value, at an average issuance price of 71.53% of their face value.
