State Street Launches Corporate Governance Dashboard

State Street Corporation (NYSE: STT), one of the world’s leading providers of financial services to institutional investors, announced today the launch of a comprehensive, role-based Corporate Governance DashboardSM that enables corporate governance professionals to centralize and manage key class action and proxy information on the my.statestreet.com platform. My.statestreet.com is an online customer information delivery platform that is the single entry point to State Street’s full suite of sophisticated market data and analysis applications.

The State Street Corporate Governance Dashboard provides customized alerts, views and reports, bringing together all relevant class action and proxy voting information, including payment and filing data, information on top holdings, key criteria for analysis and access to commonly used industry reference sites. State Street’s new Corporate Governance solution is the latest role-based dashboard to be delivered by State Street for its my.statestreet.com platform. The dashboards provide access to a collection of decision support tools and querying and search capabilities via a secure, online information delivery platform.
