TORONTO, June 4, 2013 /CNW/ - Food Network Canada's
top-rated series will soon bring its third season to a close by
crowning Canada's next Top
Chef in the highest-stakes competition yet. Just three
competitors are left standing in hopes of taking home the grand
prize of $100,000 sponsored by
SpongeTowels® paper towels, a GE Monogram kitchen worth
$30,000, a custom installation by
Caesarstone Quartz Surfaces worth $25,000 and the coveted title of Canada's Top Chef. The season finale of
Top Chef Canada airs Monday, June
10th at 9pm
ET/10 pm PT on Food
Network Canada.
Toronto's Jonathan Goodyear (Royal Canadian Yacht Club),
Montreal's Danny Smiles (Le
Bremner) and Vancouver's
Matthew Stowe (Cactus Club) will go
head to head in the final episode, digging deep into their culinary
arsenals and pulling out all stops to impress the judges with their
best offerings yet. Throughout the course of the season, the three
finalists triumphed in many challenges and will walk away with a
collective five Quickfire wins, ten Elimination Challenge wins, and
over $49,000 in combined cash and
prizes.
Top Chef Canada will pay its first visit to Calgary in the season three finale, where the
final three competitors will battle it out in front of guest judge
and local Calgarian Connie DeSousa,
who was a finalist on season one of Top Chef Canada. JUNO
Award winning Singer/Songwriter and proud Calgarian Jann Arden and Rush Restaurant owner
Lance Hurtubise, President of the
Vintage Group, will join as guest tasters in the final
challenge.

national casting call for the fourth season of Top Chef
