Quanex Building Products Corporation (NYSE:NX), a company specializing in components and systems that produce innovative and energy-efficient window and door products, announced hiring Elena Kamaeva in the newly created position of European Business Development Manager – Eastern Europe and Russia. The position will be important to growing new markets for Quanex’s Engineered Products Group (EPG).

Kamaeva has over eight years of business development experience most recently as the International Business Manager for Vistage International, a privately held professional training consultancy. Her responsibilities included initiatives related to international licensing and joint ventures, as well as market development models and forecasts for projects in China, India and UAE (Dubai). Kamaeva also spent time as the International Sales Manager at Wesmar, a manufacturer of high-end sonar equipment

Kamaeva has her Master’s degree in Business from Seattle University. She will report to director of marketing and business development, Eric Jackson.
