Petrobras on agreement with Companhia de Eletricidade do Amapá

Rio de Janeiro, November 25, 2021 - Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras, following up on the release disclosed on 05/11/2021, informs that the suspensive conditions related to the judicial agreement signed with Companhia de Eletricidade do Amapá (CEA) for the conclusion of litigation and credit recovery by Petrobras have been met.

Thus, the agreement will generate a positive effect of R$ 132.6 million in Petrobras' consolidated result for the 4^th quarter of 2021, without considering tax effects.
