Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 7, 2020, MEDNAX, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the results of its operations for the three months ended March 31, 2020 (the “First Quarter Release”). A copy of the First Quarter Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated in this Current Report by reference.
