Bell, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, is planning a year-end retirement. Bell, 57, joined Nalco in 2003 in connection with the company's leveraged buyout from Suez S.A. Prior to joining Nalco, Bell was Chief Financial Officer for Rohm and Haas Company in Philadelphia.
