Appointment of an Outside Director

Mr. Jungsuk Oh was appointed as an Outside Director and a member of the Audit Committee of LG Display’s board of directors on April 26, 2022 by the Seoul Southern District Court, after Mr. Chang Yang Lee resigned from his position as an Outside Director and a member of the Audit Committee of LG Display’s board of directors due to personal reasons on April 8, 2022. Mr. Oh is also currently serving as a Professor of Operations Management at Seoul National University and previously served as an Outside Director of Hyundai Steel and a Professor at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
