At Preservation Pointe, KB Home will construct one- and
two-story homes in eight distinct floor plans. With up to five
bedrooms and three baths, the KB homes will range in size from
approximately 1,300 to 2,800 square feet. The homes at Preservation
Pointe also feature desirable design characteristics like two-car
garages, spacious great rooms, luxurious master suites and lofts.
Pricing begins from the low-$200,000s.
Residents at Preservation Pointe can enjoy its proximity to a
plethora of family attractions, including the ESPN Wide World of
Sports Complex, Walt Disney World® Resort and Universal Orlando
Resort™. Outdoor enthusiasts will revel in the opportunity to

estimated to save home buyers between $900 and $1,572 a year in
utility costs, depending on floor plan.
