The Champions recognition program, now in its seventh year, recognizes federal contractors that have awarded $1 million dollars or more to Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) and exceeded the 3 percent SDVOSB subcontracting goal. The Harris Government Communications Systems business exceeded these requirements during the government fiscal year 2007.
