Fidelity National Financial, Inc. Names Willie D. Davis To Board of
Directors JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Dec. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --
Fidelity National Financial, Inc. , a Fortune 500 provider of
products and outsourced services and solutions to financial
institutions and the real estate industry, today announced the
appointment of Willie D. Davis to its Board of Directors. Mr. Davis
is the President and a Director of All-Pro Broadcasting, Inc., a
holding company that operates several radio stations. He has held
both of those positions since 1976. Mr. Davis was a Director of
Fidelity National Information Solutions, Inc., from its formation
in 2001 until its acquisition by FNF in September 2003, and is a
Director of several other corporations, including, Johnson
Controls, Inc., Sara Lee Corporation and Metro-Goldwyn- Mayer Inc.
