Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF), a leading provider

information services, today announced that its Board of Directors
has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share. The dividend will be
payable March 31, 2011, to
stockholders of record as of March 17,
2011. FNF expects to maintain this $0.12 quarterly dividend throughout 2011, based
on a 2011 dividend payout target ratio of 30% of 2010 net
earnings.
