On May 1, 2015, Fidelity & Guaranty Life (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly dividend of $0.065 per share. The dividend is payable on June 1, 2015 to the Company’s shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 18, 2015. Fidelity & Guaranty Life Declares Quarterly Dividend
DES MOINES, Iowa, May 1, 2015 - Fidelity & Guaranty Life (NYSE: FGL), announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.065 per share. The dividend is payable on June 1, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 18, 2015.
