Ethan Allen Declares Cash Dividend

Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. (“Ethan Allen” or the “Company”) (NYSE:ETH) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share which will be payable to shareholders of record as of January 11, 2009 and paid on January 25, 2009.

The Company is holding an Investor Conference on November 19, 2009 at 11:15 a.m. ET, where management will provide an update on key areas of the business.
