Drilling Cos. See Shares Decline After Oil Prices Drop

Shares of several drilling and oilfield services companies are
in the red as Tuesday's market nears it close, following a 5% drop
in U.S. oil prices.
At 3:46 p.m. ET, shares of Transocean Ltd. (RIG) had lost 5.12%,
to trade at $6.11. Nabors Industries Ltd. (NBR) saw its shares drop
7.07%, to $2.82. Shares of Pioneer Energy Services Corp. (PES) lost
12.99%, trading at 23 cents a share. Patterson-UTI Energy Inc.
(PTEN) were down 6.09% to $11.10. Helmerich & Payne Inc. (HP)
shares also fell, losing 4.13% to trade at $49.29. Precision
Drilling Corp. (PDS) lost 4.62% to trade at $1.86, and Diamond
Offshore Drilling Inc. (DO) fell 4.49% to trade at $8.62.
