Graduates of the program have taken leadership positions with the company and are today serving as a Leasing Manager running the Company's Chicago office, Development Director in charge of land acquisitions for the eastern United States, Director of Leasing for Caribbean Properties, a 5 million square foot, $1.2 billion portfolio, New Business Development Manager directing the national ancillary income program, Development Director for the Eastern Region responsible for $150 million of new development projects and Development Director in charge of Expansions and Redevelopments, which includes 20 projects in 9 states.
