received the highest ranking in customer satisfaction in
Texas in the J.D. Power and
Associates 2010 U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study(SM).

This is the fifth consecutive year J.D. Power and Associates
studied retail banking but the first year Frost was ranked in the
sample. Also for the first time, the study included a separate
ranking for banks in Texas.
With a score of 829, Frost ranked highest in customer
satisfaction among retail banks operating in Texas, 73 index points above the Texas region average of 756. Survey
respondents gave Frost particularly high satisfaction marks for
product offerings, account activities, account information and
fees, according to J.D. Power and Associates.
