Dr. Wiley, founder of Traversa Consulting based in Atlanta, San Francisco and Chicago, has over 25 years experience in human resource management including executive positions with Hay Group, The Stride Rite Corporation, Towers Perrin, Accenture and Heidrick & Struggles. He has in-depth experience in helping companies successfully drive profitable growth in industries such as consumer products, manufacturing, retail and electric utilities.
