--A special panel conducting an internal review of Boeing Co. (BA) offered recommendations that the company said would be rolled out over several months, following some modifications and review, Reuters reported Friday.

--Among the recommendations are changes to reporting lines and a possible committee to review aircraft design, the report said, citing company officials.

--The review came in the wake of two fatal crashes involving the company's 737 MAX aircraft, the report said.
